Our tourcluster works in cooperation with higher educational establishments of Western Cherkasy region, which provide training for tourism and recreation, as well as with organizations providing training or professional training services for tourism professionals and HoReCa. We have two goals: first, to raise tourism and services in the region to the European level, and secondly, to ensure that students remain employed where they received their education, namely in the 9 rayons of Cherkaska oblast that are part of the territory of the activity of the tourcluster.
On our initiative, together with the All-Ukrainian Association of Guides, 7 new guides have been trained by the latest European-level technologies in Uman.
We are ready to continue to organize training for:
- Guides and tour leaders
- Managers and staff of hotels and hostels
- Managers and staff of restaurants and other food establishments
- Those who want to start their own business
Courses and seminars will be held in Kyiv, Odesa and Uman. We will also practice conducting webinars with experts from abroad.
